Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month

About the Company

We are a fast-growing real estate coaching company based in Canada. We empower individuals interested in real estate investment—whether they are active investors seeking to grow their portfolios or passive investors looking to support others. Our small, close-knit team is dedicated to delivering exceptional coaching experiences through high-impact online and in-person events, educational programs, and a vibrant community.

We pride ourselves on moving fast, adapting quickly, and upholding a culture of honesty, transparency, and collaboration. Every team member wears multiple hats and is encouraged to take initiative, share candid feedback, and help drive the business forward as we continue to expand our services and reach.

About the role

We are looking for a versatile and driven Marketing Associate to join our small yet dynamic real estate coaching services team. This role is critical in planning and executing marketing campaigns—primarily through email and digital channels—while managing nurture sequences and driving engagement for both online and in-person events.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, playing a key role in supporting business growth by increasing high-quality leads and boosting event participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive event attendance, program participation, and lead nurturing.

  • Plan and manage campaign calendars to ensure timely messaging across all stages of the marketing funnel.

  • Collaborate with content and automation team members to request, coordinate, and deliver creative assets (videos, graphics, messaging).

  • Segment, track, and nurture leads across different cohorts (new prospects, repeat attendees, active students).

  • Monitor engagement, conversion performance, and implement improvements to increase response rates.

  • Recommend and execute new marketing initiatives, such as social media pushes, paid ads, and landing page updates.

  • Maintain accurate campaign data and regularly report results to leadership.

  • Take a hands-on approach and assist wherever needed in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or similar roles.

  • Strong experience or willingness to learn tools such as Go High Level, ConvertKit, or similar marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High initiative, strong ownership mindset, and adaptability—comfortable learning new tools and taking on new tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all marketing outputs.

  • Alignment with our core values: speed, honesty, transparency, accuracy, and openness to direct, constructive feedback.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work effectively within a remote team and report directly to the company founder.

  • Bonus: Experience in social media management and/or paid media advertising for future role growth.
