Invisible Agency is seeking an Attorney Specialist - AI Trainer to join our legal-technology team. This on-site role in the United Kingdom blends sophisticated legal practice with AI governance to support responsible AI initiatives across client and internal projects.

Role Overview

You will provide expert legal guidance on AI-related regulatory compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and contract matters. A core part of the role is to train teams and clients on AI risk management and compliance, translating complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review technology agreements, terms of use, privacy notices, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts for AI initiatives.
• Advise product and engineering teams on regulatory impacts of AI features, data handling, retention, and user rights.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on AI governance, bias mitigation, and compliance.
• Monitor changes in AI-related law and policy and recommend necessary updates to internal policies and products.

Qualifications

• Qualified UK solicitor or barrister eligible to practice law in the United Kingdom.
• Strong experience with data privacy (GDPR) and technology contracts related to AI and machine learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
