  • Identify and scale strategic PSP, acquirer, and merchant partnerships to grow regional volumes.
  • Own the enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, structuring, KYB, onboarding.
  • Build relationships with C-suite in PSPs, acquirers, and merchants to unlock partnerships.
  • Design regional expansions targeting gaming, iGaming, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and marketing to localize solutions and enable GTM.
  • Analyze merchant data to segment accounts and optimize terms for profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-10 years in payments/fintech with knowledge of card networks and settlement.
  • Proven enterprise BD with C-suite negotiation and multi-party partnerships.
  • Strong regional PSP/acquirer and payment-processor network.
  • Experience navigating regulated environments and compliance in partnerships.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, execution-driven in high-growth contexts.
  • English and regional language fluency; coordinate with overseas partners.
