🎯 Requirements

8-10 years in affiliate/performance marketing; fintech/stock broking experience.
Strong understanding of broking funnels (Signup, KYC, IR, First Trade).
Proven ROI-driven scaling of affiliate channels; direct partnerships.
Hands-on with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, Impact) & direct partners.
Exposure to DRA model and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
Strong analytical skills: CAC, LTV, cohort analysis; budgeting at scale.
