- 7+ years overall; 5โ6 years in digital advertising/ad tech/media monetization
- Deep knowledge of programmatic ads, Direct IO, DSPs/SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Experience managing external partnerships or platform integrations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
