We’re looking for an experienced senior frontend software engineer who has created and maintained robust, long-lived web applications that meet business goals with a team. We are looking for someone who can break down complex projects and demonstrate technical leadership. What your day would consist of:
Produce quality, tested code adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
Mentoring and pairing with other engineers to deliver high quality code as a team.
Advocate for accessibility and user experience.
Troubleshoot and debug large scale systems.
Work cross-functionally to collaborate in the planning and design process of services and APIs that enable feature work across our platform.
Document architectural technical decisions.
Collaborate with UI designers and Product Managers to produce the best user experience.
Learn and enforce best practices via active participation in code reviews.
Support legacy and modern applications in the public cloud and deploy them through CI/CD practices.
Participation in team's on-call rotation. What Is Needed:
Relentless focus on our customers’ experience.
4+ years' experience building applications with React and JavaScript.
AngularJS experience is a strong bonus.
Experience iteratively modernizing existing JavaScript applications using current best practices and patterns.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Experience managing dependencies with a package manager like npm or yarn.
Experience working with a design system and shared platform components.
Experience using a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience working with localized content.
Understanding of frontend web security best practices.
Experience building applications that integrate with data APIs.
Mastery of HTML, CSS, and Web APIs to build and style custom and isolated components.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
