Role:

The Personal Assistant is a high-trust partner to Acquisition.com’s CEO and Founder, ensuring they can stay focused on growing the business by removing personal and logistical friction from their day-to-day lives. You’ll handle travel planning, research, errands, scheduling support, and household coordination—work that is varied, fast-paced, and directly tied to the founders’ effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal and professional calendars with precision, proactively planning schedules and commitments months in advance.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, itineraries, and contingency plans.

  • Handle personal errands, reservations, gifting, purchases, and household-related tasks with efficiency and discretion.

  • Support personal and business events such as dinners, small gatherings, celebrations, and off-sites.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison with family members, staff, and vendors, ensuring warm, clear, and confidential communication.

  • Maintain task systems such as Asana, manage reminders, track expenses, and provide organized end-of-day summaries.

  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and adapt seamlessly to last-minute changes or logistical challenges.

  • Collaborate with Executive Operations team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager supporting high-performing executives or UHNW individuals.

  • Proven ability to manage travel, scheduling, personal logistics, and shifting priorities.

  • Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and follow-through skills.

  • High emotional intelligence, judgment, and professional discretion in all interactions.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and digital organization tools.

  • Anticipatory mindset, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented approach to problems.

  • Exceptional reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to be available outside standard hours when needed.

  • Must be willing to travel on a monthly basis

Results:

  • Executives’ personal calendars and logistics run smoothly with minimal intervention.

  • All travel, errands, and personal tasks are handled proactively, on time, and to a high standard.

  • Maker time, rest, and strategic focus are consistently protected and upheld.

  • Communication with family, staff, and vendors is timely, respectful, and professional.

  • Executives experience a consistent, stress-free rhythm between work and personal life.

Schedule:

  • Full time with flexibility for evening or weekend responsiveness as needed.

Location:

  • Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

  • Willing to travel domestically on a monthly basis

Compensation:

  • $105,000 - $130,000 base salary

  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
