Accounts Payable Clerk

📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable across multiple platforms and systems.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
• Record payables and accruals in NetSuite with accounting teams.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to optimize terms.
• Enforce internal controls and policy adoption.
• Perform month-end close, including intercompany reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting/payables/banking software.
• GAAP knowledge; month-end close and intercompany reconciliation experience.
