Manage day-to-day accounting department operations; backup on critical functions
Oversee accounting policies, financial systems, tax and controls
Ensure month-end close and reporting on established timelines
Drive efficiencies, automation and accuracy in the department
Develop dashboard style reporting and analysis with key metrics
Lead strategic planning and budgeting process

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 8 years' experience in finance and accounting; 5+ in leadership
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial consolidation
Ability to oversee monthly and year-end close in fast-paced settings
Experience with NetSuite ERP
Experience in M&A transactions
Strong supervisory and organizational skills
