As the Accounting Manager you'll lead accounting operations.
Own operational accounting and reporting, incl. GL reconciliation.
Manage inventory accounting, reserves, equity accounting, and stock-based compensation.
Collaborate with Operations on manufacturing processes and reporting.
Establish automated processes for financial reporting and analytics.
Assist with financial statement audits.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or related majors including business.
CPA required, inactive status ok.
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public audit or retail.
Detail-oriented with strong financial reporting; inventory/retail experience preferred.
Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven problem-solving and ability to drive process improvements.
NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
