- Educate clients, agencies, and partners on ESO's Fire and EMS product suite through meetings, demonstrations, and collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address each client's specific needs.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline.
- Lead and support contract negotiations, driving opportunities to closure against a sales quota.

- 2+ years of experience in a direct sales or account management role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- An enterprise sales mentality โ you think holistically about deals and relationships.
- The drive and adaptability to thrive at a fast-growing company.
- Bonus: Background in military, EMS, or firefighting โ you'll bring invaluable context to our customers and market.
