- Strong grasp of conversion rate, CPA/COA, and ROI
- Ability to turn data into clear actions and recommendations
- Confident communicator on pricing, expectations, results
- Comfortable picking up the phone and leading conversations
- Experience managing multiple campaigns within an account
- Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
- Organized and accountable
