Manage day-to-day agency and network partner relationships for assigned accounts.
Provide strategic and tactical client service to a high-touch client base.
Oversee portfolios, identifying growth and upsell opportunities within existing clients.
Hands-on onboarding, implementation, reporting, remediation, and billing.
Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure delivery, billing, and insights.
Organize kickoff and ongoing client calls with internal teams to align on campaign deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in Sales or Account Management with online advertising knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Ad Serving technology.
Experience at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or DSP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
