  • 3+ years in B2B software sales, owning end-to-end cycles.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Builder mindset; fluent in logic-based workflows and automation potential.
  • CEE market mastery (Poland and/or Czech Republic) with track record of wins.
  • Multilingual: English plus Polish or Czech.
  • Expert CRM/sales tools usage (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn).
