- University degree or comparable education; 3+ years in a B2B commercial role.
- Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT services.
- Relationship-driven, client-focused; excels at understanding client needs.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; strong negotiation skills.
- Strong networking; identify expansion opportunities and craft solutions.
- Autonomous, self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales planning.
