  • Develop global accounts in Spain.

  • Surface risks quickly and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide specific insights for RFPs, use cases, constraints, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure coordination with local MSP/vendor contacts.
  • Monitor performance and escalate issues impacting delivery.

  • University degree or comparable education; 3+ years in a B2B commercial role.
  • Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Relationship-driven, client-focused; excels at understanding client needs.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking; identify expansion opportunities and craft solutions.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales planning.
