Own AM KPI and drive revenue; maintain key accounts; upsell, retain, reactivate.
Coordinate with internal teams on service failures, billing issues, and inquiries.
Roll out periodic surveys on corporate customers to gain insights.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns; oversee timeline to ensure quality output.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business.
Min 2 years in sales, account management, and customer support.
Strong sense of product flow and merchant solutions; campaign management skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in written Vietnamese and English.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
