  • Execute end-to-end deal cycles with stakeholders (500K–$1M+)
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at all levels
  • Drive value-based selling using MEDPICC
  • Prospect, qualify, and build pipeline via market research
  • Create strategic growth opportunities within existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, Deal Desk, CS & Services)

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise/Strategic sales with complex deal cycles
  • Value-based selling; Force Management/MEDDPICC preferred
  • Research accounts, develop POV on value, prioritize territory
  • Proven net-new prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Salesforce CRM experience (or other CRM)
  • Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration across departments
  • Travel to customer sites and events
