  • Execute end-to-end deals with stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Drive value-based selling using MEDPICC to articulate Brazeโ€™s value proposition.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities to grow your pipeline.
  • Create strategic growth opportunities for existing customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as BDRs, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Services.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise/Strategic SaaS sales with complex deals.
  • Value-based selling expertise; MEDDPICC preferred; Force Management a plus.
  • Research accounts, develop POVs on value, and prioritize territories.
  • Proven net-new prospecting and pipeline generation with BDRs and Marketing partners.
  • Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM for pipeline management.
