📋 Description

  • Drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships.
  • Sell IDMWORKS value proposition to meet client needs and targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to close opportunities.
  • Manage the territory opportunities from identification to close.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and marketing to develop Territory Development Plans.
  • Travel up to 50% within the Southeastern U.S.; reside near a major airport.

🎯 Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in IAM domains (Lifecycle, Governance, PAM, WAM, Consumer IAM).
  • Proven quota attainment in direct IAM sales.
  • Experience coordinating matrix organizations to create opportunities.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and renewals.
  • Leadership capacity for team members within the territory.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous client initiatives across several clients/partners.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work with clear communication.
