  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS/Entertainment sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN or similar methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese; other languages a plus.
