- 3-5 years in B2B SaaS/Entertainment sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN or similar methodologies.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese; other languages a plus.
