- Strong discovery and value-selling; translate business challenges into outcomes.
- Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise with multi-stakeholder groups; Nordic familiarity.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent) with forecasting and account planning; BA/BS preferred.
