- Fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets with large accounts.
- Experience displacing complex or legacy software.
- Commercially astute with ability to develop ROI and business cases.
- Ability to articulate value and build relationships at all levels including C-level.
