  • Own renewals, expansions (upsell/cross-sell), licenses, add-ons, and services
  • Maintain high client retention and ensure on-time renewals

  • Drive growth by cross-sell and upsell beyond the immediate negotiation

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of account sales experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing renewals and expanding client accounts across SMB to Fortune 500
  • Experience developing and growing relationships with large, complex accounts
  • Expertise forecasting renewals and recurring revenue pipelines
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to convey strategic value
  • Ability to navigate legal and contractual discussions across varied agreement types
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across Sales, RevOps, and Client Success
