📋 Description

  • Lead growth across greenfield and existing accounts; expand adoption and value.
  • Lead full enterprise sales cycle for workforce management SaaS.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline via prospecting and exec engagement.
  • Act as consultative advisor aligning solutions with fraud, analytics, identity.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to influence roadmap.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts to support planning.
  • Represent Socure at industry events; deepen client relationships.

  • Demonstrate leadership; strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Proven experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions.
  • Success in workforce management, HRIS, ATS, fraud, identity verification, or similar verticals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills focused on outcomes and value-based positioning.
  • Background selling highly technical fraud, risk, identity, big data, analytics, or security solutions.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments; navigate ambiguity and build scalable processes.
  • Drive value-based conversations; craft tailored solutions for C-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bonus: Channel sales or partnership model experience.
  • Bonus: Strong network within relevant vertical markets.
