  • Experience in workforce management, HRIS, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong consultative selling with value-based positioning.
  • Background selling highly technical fraud, risk, identity, or analytics solutions.
  • Startup/high-growth experience; navigate ambiguity and build scalable processes.
  • Ability to drive value-based conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder processes.
