  • 4-8 years of full-cycle healthcare sales experience
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong in consultative discovery; translate solutions into clinical/financial value
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
  • Understand clinical workflows and how providers make purchasing decisions
  • Disciplined about pipeline management and forecasting
  • Move fast, follow up aggressively, and dont need hand-holding
