- Track record of smashing quotas and exceeding targets.

- Thrives in a startup; comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Growth mindset; continuous self-improvement.

- Base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 + 100% target bonus (uncapped)
- Hybrid: New York City, 3+ days a week. Travel across North America.
