- 7โ12 years in enterprise SaaS sales (MarTech, CPaaS, CDP, CRM, AI)
- Proven success selling to marketing, growth, and digital leaders in enterprises
- Strong understanding: lifecycle management; campaign orchestration; personalization; attribution
- Experience with MoEngage, CleverTap, Gupshup, WebEngage, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud relevant
- Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long evaluations
- Commercial pricing and multi-year deal structuring
- Strong storytelling to translate AI into business outcomes
- Comfort in early-stage, fast-moving environments with ambiguity
- Bias for action, ownership, and building from zero
