This senior leadership role focuses on outstanding client satisfaction, strategic account management, and growth, while guiding a regional team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA Client Services team, setting strategy, goals, and performance metrics.
• Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and successful delivery of programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Creative, and Operations to align on client outcomes and growth opportunities.
• Develop and retain talent, mentor managers, and foster a client-centric culture.
• Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Represent the client services function in cross-department initiatives and client reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years in client services, account management, or related roles, with experience in the EMEA region (agency or multinational environment preferred).
• Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams and senior client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, manage budgets, and drive client outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
