- Deep knowledge of Zuora concepts: catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, proration, invoicing.
- Zuora APIs and Data Query; CRM/ERP/middleware integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis across config, data, and integrations.
- Experience using Zuora AI and Copilot to accelerate development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
