We are looking for a Velocity Sales Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Sales Engineering within the WW Virtual Service Center department. You will be a vital part of our global Solutions Center Team, primarily supporting Americas SMB, LATAM, and Canada Commercial accounts by partnering with Account Executives and regional leadership to drive active deals. As a trusted advisor, you will combine strong security and networking expertise with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders, helping partners move faster from opportunity to close through technical pre-sales support, demos, and co-selling guidance.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Respond to inbound requests from partner business managers and distributors for first-call support, demos, and technical pre-sales activities

Provide technical influence and guidance to the partner community with a focus on regional resellers and distribution partners

Assist partners through education, co-selling activities, and the use of solutions demo center labs

Educate partners via training classes, architecture workshops, and awareness activities to drive successful outcomes

Provide remote assistance on partner lab configurations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience as an inside or service center sales engineer within the cybersecurity or IT networking field

Broad understanding of security, networking, authentication, and internet fundamentals

Ability to run technical hands-on training to drive a "train the trainer" approach

Full professional language proficiency in both English and Spanish
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

4+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with professional services or architecture experience considered a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience delivering large-scale presentations

Strong prioritization and time management skills with a relentless "get it done" attitude
