Investigate threats and remediate in customer environments using EDR.
Provide detailed incident reports to help customers understand actions.
Identify effective response strategies to strengthen security posture.
Collaborate with Detection Eng, Threat Hunting, Intel, and Product teams on remediation.
Lead projects and mentor peers for product improvements.
Participate in 24x7 on-call remediation.

🎯 Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Masters of EDR products (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne, Cortex, CarbonBlack).
Strong experience with Identity security products.
Deep understanding of Windows/macOS and network communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
