Configure and troubleshoot training labs/environments, including Zero Trust Exchange.
Manage remote training labs and pods; maintain ops and troubleshoot issues.
Serve as SME for content and certification teams.
Maintain rosters and attendance; collect feedback surveys.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of technical training in network security, cloud, or SaaS tech.
Rapidly adapt to new SaaS products and technologies.
Provide feedback for course development; create hands-on training materials.
Experience delivering to diverse audiences.
Fluent in Japanese (N1) with strong English (B2/C1 or TOEIC 800).
Bachelor’s degree in tech-related field with minor in communications or equivalent certs.
