📋 Description

  • Provide phone/email support to debug complex security/network issues (Tier III).
  • Collaborate with Engineering; assist customers with testing and troubleshooting.
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems; give feedback to Eng/Operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical support or related area
  • University degree in IT or related field
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and working with customers
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise networks and TCP/IP with packet captures
  • Experience with HTTP, proxies, SMTP, DNS, LDAP, and FTP
  • Open source admin: Windows, Linux, FreeBSD; Wireshark
