The Sr. Manager, Application Engineering – Salesforce oversee the design, implementation, and support of the Salesforce application and other integrated technologies like Impartner, Zinfi, Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce communities. You will work with our internal partners that is and not limited to Sales Operations, Channels, Deal Desk, Business Development to provide solutions that solve business problems and act as the development team leader for other IT resources. To be successful, you can coach individual contributors.



  • Responsible for the planning and delivery of Salesforce requests.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Salesforce in the design of sales automation systems
  • Knowledge in integrating Salesforce with ERP and other applications
  • Partner with business and IT peers globally to understand and with sustainable, and supportable solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and partners to build technology enablement roadmaps including timelines and to build metrics and supporting dashboards
  • Provide technical guidance for new software selection including development of RFP, review, and evaluation of commercial software solutions
  • Lead proof of concepts and technology evaluation through final recommendation, including hands-on execution where needed
  • Manage the work efforts of your team members' contributions with responsibility for coaching and performance management and career development planning
  • Provide guidance to development teams during the systems development life cycle
  • Manage partner relationships, expectations, and facilitates open communication channels
  • Evaluate 3rd party applications that can be used to enhance platform.
  • You will be reporting to Senior Director


  • Minimum of 10 years of CRM experience with responsibility for results, including costs and methods.
  • Experience in leading multiple Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations integrated with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience with Salesforce Customer, Partner Communities and Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience designing and optimising business processes and integrate business processes across different systems
  • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Demonstrated experience determining the best use of resources to meet goals of assignments received in the form of goals.
  • Cooperative efforts among members of project teams, including on/off-shore delivery
  • Work with a variety of partners across multiple departments and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Develop and administer schedules and establish performance requirements
  • Experience in guiding and advising team members on how to meet schedules and resolve technical problems
