Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Healthcare team. Reporting to the, RVP of Healthcare you'll lead a commercial team to maximum potential. You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the Healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of Healthcare Leadership experience in software/SaaS
- Experience building successful sales teams.
- You will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation
- You will travel within the region - approximately 50%
- Excellent planning, execution, people-management and coaching skills
- Experience engaging with prospects and and trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in the business, including Finance, Legal, HR, Inside Sales, Channel Partners and R&D
- You will understand both business and people, including their drivers and success factors
- Understand the value and return on investment of installed and proposed products and solutions
- You will "control the room" with C level customer executives
- Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization
- Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience
- You will be a change-agent in the organization; leading processes that scale
- Experience with multiple routes to market through a broad network of channel partners
- Role is remote friendly in Dallas or Chicago

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$168,750
—$187,500 USD
