๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field
- 4โ8 years in a support org resolving high-priority customer issues
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS networking
- Understanding of Web Proxy, SSL inspection, Firewall, DNS filtering, Zero Trust (ZIA/ZPA)
- Experience delivering products as cloud-based services
