  • Provide second-line phone/email support to debug complex security/network issues.
  • Partner with Engineering to assist customers with testing and troubleshooting.
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering.
  • Create entries in our support database documenting incident resolutions not in KB.
  • Understand product direction and use-cases to inform product changes.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 4โ€“8 years in a support org resolving high-priority customer issues
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS networking
  • Understanding of Web Proxy, SSL inspection, Firewall, DNS filtering, Zero Trust (ZIA/ZPA)
  • Experience delivering products as cloud-based services
