About the role

Over the upcoming months, we will be hiring a number of key positions. To support us in this, we’re looking for a Talent Partner to join us on a 6-month contract and work directly within our team.

This is not traditional checklist-centric recruitment. At Zowie, we focus on high-alignment hiring: having real conversations with candidates, understanding what motivates them, and making sure that what they value matches who we are and what we offer. You’ll have the opportunity to practice a different, more thoughtful way of recruiting - while still moving fast in a high-growth startup environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and team context.
  • Run end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and product roles.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates - focusing on fit and alignment rather than box-ticking.
  • Guide candidates through a challenging recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with in-house and tech hiring background.
  • Curiosity about people and the ability to uncover what truly motivates them.
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity - you take ownership and keep processes moving.
  • Excellent communication in English and Polish.
  • Availability to start right away (or very soon).
