Seeing strong demand across Poland and Europe, we’re looking for a

Sales Director, Europe to build a high-caliber, consultative-sales organization, and bring a category-defining GenAI platform to markets that are hungry for it. You’ll set the bar on value-based selling, drive the region’s largest, most strategic deals, and work closely with and be coached by

Wes - our VP of Sales.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coach a small team of Enterprise and Mid-Market AEs across Europe.
  • Personally owns a subset of the most strategic opportunities, running the full sales cycle with support from Solutions Consulting.
  • Maintain an accurate regional forecast and drive operational rigor across the funnel.
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement to ensure onboarding excellence and ongoing skills development.
  • Play a key role in recruiting top AE talent for the EU team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and create long-term customer value.
  • Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • 5+ years leading teams of enterprise Account Executives, with responsibility for team results and a track record of quota attainment.
  • Executive presence and experience building trusted C-level relationships.
  • Proven success selling to large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of formal sales methodologies (ideally MEDDIC).
  • Great sales strategy skills: able to plan the best steps to move deals from stage to stage, uplevel team thinking on stakeholders, risks, and next actions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
  • It'll be awesome if you have:

  • Quality forecasting discipline, including the ability to dig into deal details and correct AE gaps.
  • Experience partnering with Sales Enablement and other internal functions to improve tools, training, and process.
  • Ability to navigate partner ecosystems (GSIs/hyperscalers) to drive joint plays on strategic accounts.
