About the role:

We are now seeking a highly motivated

GTM Associate to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our future. Are you a data-driven business generalist eager to make a real impact on a rapidly growing company? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can own and execute innovative go-to-market strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

In this role, you will work directly with the company's founder responsible for demand generation and go to market activities, collaborating closely to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will have the autonomy to lead and implement growth initiatives across various channels, leveraging your expertise to acquire, engage, and retain prospective customers.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, project management, and a growth mindset. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and referral, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for our company.

Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies; research competitors; and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy

Use data to inform decisions and track progress

Ideally, you'll bring with you:
