About the role

As a

Finance & Operations Specialist
you will be a crucial member of our Finance and People Operations Team, working closely with other members of the team, stakeholders across the entire Zowie business,and external service providers. Your responsibilities will include a broad range of financial and operational tasks essential to our high-growth, dynamic business, including:

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

Good knowledge of key financial issues and concepts

2+ years of experience in finance, accounting and/or controlling

Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tools

Great attention to detail and organizational skills

A high degree of ownership and focus on quality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English

Enthusiasm and eagerness to work for a fast-growing company

A self-starter and results-driven approach

It'll be awesome if you have:

Degree in finance, accounting or business administration

Experience in a high-growth startup environment or an IT/SaaS business

Knowledge in US-specific accounting and/or HR matters
