- Experience in E-commerce, Fulfillment, 3PL, Supply chain, or similar startups.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Experience in team building, mentoring, and coaching.
- Knowledge of laws for interviews, legal action and judicial process; travel ability.
