Technical Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own onboarding for health systems from discovery to go-live.
• Act as primary technical contact, managing integrations with clients.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet client KPIs.
• Troubleshoot sync and integration issues; perform QA and go-live support.
• Document technical workflows and maintain internal knowledge bases.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to resolve roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Tier 1/2 technical support or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to diagnose and communicate complex technical problems clearly.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate tech concepts for clients.
• Leadership within a team (mentoring or process improvements).
• Excellent multitasking and time management in fast-paced environments.
