📋 Description

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Demonstrating consistent expertise in managing multiple requisitions, titles and tenures
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define needs and implement data-driven talent strategies
  • Crafting new recruiting strategies and processes to drive long-term growth

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in recruiting, preferably with at least 2 years in tech
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong consulting, communication and partnership skills in a team environment
  • A deep understanding of metrics and recruiting KPIs with data-driven strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills
