🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in recruiting, preferably with at least 2 years in tech
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships
- The ability to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consulting, communication and partnership skills in a team environment
- A deep understanding of metrics and recruiting KPIs with data-driven strategies
- Strong negotiation skills
