📋 Description

  • Define and evolve L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Assess organizational and leadership development needs with stakeholders.
  • Design and scale a holistic learning ecosystem: training, mentoring, certs.
  • Oversee development, delivery, and improvement of learning content.
  • Establish metrics and governance to evaluate impact and optimize investments.
  • Manage learning platforms, tools, budgets, and logistics.
  • Drive engagement via strategic communications and global collaboration with Pune team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Passion for developing talent in a competitive environment
  • 6+ years in L&D; at least 2 in a managerial role; startup/tech preferred
  • Knowledge of learning research and instructional design in practice
  • Partner with leaders to define content; scalable programs
  • Experience setting up learning operations and scalable L&D platform
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management
  • Strong business ops understanding; interact with all levels
  • Ability to integrate generative AI to boost productivity
  • Humble, empathetic leadership; commitment to inclusive workplaces
