Join Zocdoc as a Lead Recruiter (Tech) to help scale our technology teams from New York. This on-site role partners with engineering leadership to hire top software engineers and related technical roles.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineers and other technical roles.
Partner with engineering leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies and recruiting plans.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and market research.
Guide hiring managers through interview processes, provide market insights, and drive an exceptional candidate experience.
Mentor and coach junior recruiters and contribute to the growth of the Talent Acquisition team.

What we're looking for

6+ years of tech recruiting or talent acquisition experience with a track record of hiring for software engineering roles.
Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and modern recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and influence hiring strategies.
