Role Overview

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of products.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers across squads.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, analytics, and growth to deliver high-impact features.
• Prioritize work based on customer feedback, usage data, and business goals.
• Analyze metrics to measure success and iterate quickly.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple products within the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to align product strategy with company objectives.
• Mentor and develop product managers to scale capabilities across teams.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of product management experience; 2+ years leading product teams.
• Strong communication and the ability to influence across cross-functional partners.
• Data-driven decision making and a bias for action.
• Experience in consumer web or healthcare tech is a plus.
• Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
