Zocdoc is seeking a versatile General Interest professional to join its Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams in Pune, India. This generalist role offers exposure to multiple business functions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to contribute to a fast-growing healthcare platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to patients and providers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and process coordination
- Help resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve workflows and drive efficiency
- Track key metrics and report on performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience in customer service, operations, or related roles preferred

- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience
