Join Zocdoc as a Director of Business Systems to lead the strategy and execution of core enterprise systems to support rapid growth. This remote role is based in North America.

Overview

Zocdoc is seeking a senior leader to own the architecture, roadmaps, governance, and delivery of key business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems). You will partner with cross-functional teams to scale operations, improve processes, and drive data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

Define and own the strategy, architecture, and governance of core business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financials).
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to optimize end-to-end processes.
Manage integrations, data quality, reporting, analytics, and data governance.
Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, project delivery, and change management.
Ensure security, compliance, and user adoption across systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise systems with leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems architecture.
Experience with data integration, APIs, ETL, and data governance.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Location and work model

Remote in North America. This position supports a flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
