About Zocdoc

Zocdoc is a leading healthcare marketplace that helps patients find and book doctors online, improving access to care. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our provider partners in the New York area and ensure they realize maximum value from the Zocdoc platform.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale lifecycle for provider partners in the New York region, driving activation, adoption, retention, and growth. You will lead onboarding, training, and ongoing success initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a positive partner experience and identify opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and enable new provider partners; define success plans and timelines
  • Guide providers through the Zocdoc platform, including listing setup and patient flow optimization
  • Monitor usage metrics, adoption rates, and renewal risk; develop and execute retention strategies
  • Deliver training and best-practice sessions for staff and practice managers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve partner issues and escalate as needed
  • Gather feedback and advocate for product improvements that enhance provider success

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management within a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or SaaS experience a plus
